Veron shares her home with Dagget, a senior Jack Russell Terrier adopted many years ago from Hitchcock Road Animal Services.

She has a soft spot for senior dogs, and fostered retired working dogs in New Zealand while she was attending college there. She joined the POMDR clinic staff in October 2024.

Before moving to Monterey, Veron lived in Singapore, where she worked as an anesthesia/surgical veterinary technician in a busy emergency/specialty hospital.

She graduated from Massey University in New Zealand with a Bachelor of Veterinary Technology degree and is currently working toward getting her US Registered Veterinary Technician license.
