Rafiki is as wise and goofy as his namesake. At 10 years old, he knows the ropes, but his friendly Lab spirit shines through as a playful, loving pup. He is great with people and dogs, always a gentle giant, even as he recovers from minor wounds and skin issues.
He's a big guy, so he's quite strong and could learn some leash manners, but even in the face of barking dogs and stress, he just wants to sniff around and explore. He's also pretty sure he's a lap dog.
Rafiki was picked up as a stray by Hitchcock Road Animal Services. He came to POMDR due to medical needs.
