Like his namesake, Otter is happiest when he's close to the ones he loves. This sweet 10-year-old Chihuahua mix recently lost the only home he'd ever known after his beloved owner passed away. Through all of life's changes, Otter has remained the definition of a gentle soul. He's calm, affectionate, and gets along wonderfully with both people and other dogs, making him an easy companion to have by your side.

Otter has a few medical needs we'll be helping him with, but none of that slows down his sweet spirit. What Otter needs most is a soft place to land and someone to remind him that he's safe, loved, and home again.
