Meet Bernadus, a finely aged gentleman with plenty of sparkle left in the bottle. Bernadus has all the best qualities of a good vintage: balanced, lively, and impossible not to love. Don't let his age fool you! This handsome lad still has plenty of pep in his step and would happily join you for hikes, walks, play sessions, or any adventure that keeps him part of the action!

Bernadus is incredibly sweet, social, and wonderful with other dogs. He's the kind of pup who brings easy joy wherever he goes -- playful without being chaotic, affectionate without being clingy. He'd thrive with an active family who appreciates a dog that still loves to get out and explore, then settle in afterwards for some well-earned relaxation.

This sweet boy joined us from Santa Cruz County Animal Services after he was found as a stray. They felt he would do best in a senior focused rescue to find that perfect home to call his own.
