Like a little sea urchin tucked between the rocks, Urchin may look small and delicate, but she's full of quiet charm and hidden sparkle. Urchin found herself in a busy shelter where the crashing waves of noise and commotion were simply too much for a sensitive little beach critter like her. It's no surprise she felt overwhelmed. She's a gentle soul who prefers calm coves to stormy seas.
Little Urchin is known to love her people. She'll happily be your loyal first mate, soaking up affection and offering soft snuggles in return. She also does well with other dogs. Urchin would thrive in a patient, loving home that understands she just needs a little time to adjust to new shores. Once she trusts you, she'll stick by your side like seafoam on the sand.
Urchin joined us from Hitchcock Road Animal Services after she was found as a stray.
