Clove is gentle and affectionate, but he is also a sensitive soul who needs a calm, patient family willing to let him set the pace especially when it comes to handling. With his favorite people, this boy shines like no other! He loves to rub his body on you with the best smile to showcase his excitement to spend time with his people! Clove loves snuggling in blankets almost as much as he adores car rides- looking out the window and feeling a little wind in his hair are some of his favorite activities.

Clove enjoys neighborhood strolls, car adventures, and simply being near his person but this boy has zero FOMO. Separation anxiety is not even in his vocabulary. He's perfectly content making himself a new blanket fort while you are away. Clove does great with other dogs of all shapes, sizes, and attitudes and even gets along great with kitty friends.

Curious Clove came to POMDR from San Jose Animal Care and Services after he was found as a stray. We can't wait to see this amazing boy blossom into his new home!
