Looking for a sweet, bite-sized buddy with a great personality and an extra scoop of spunk? Then Chex is your guy! He is active, playful, and gets along great with people of all ages, dogs of all sizes, and cats of all stripes and colors. He is a champ walking on leash, strutting right by your side, and he just goes with the flow throughout the day, happy to be part of any activity at home or out and about, including riding on a bicycle in a backpack or kayaking. On car rides, he loves to be on the back seat with his front feet on the center console, taking in the scenery. When home alone, though, he sings very sad songs about being left behind, but his foster family reports that his arias are now less frequent than they used to be.

His interpretation of a lap dog is standing on people when they sit. He definitely enjoys getting pets and when you stop, he will ask for more by putting his head in your hand or gently pawing you. In return, he will dole out kisses and follow you from room to room. This guy is game for any adventure, but what he most wants is to be with his people most of the time.
