Darling Cashew is a sweet soul ready to embark on his next adventure. This poor guy came into the shelter matted beyond belief and with painful wounds near his eyes. We wish we knew more of his backstory but it is clear this poor boy has been though a lot. Despite his rough start, Cashew is a happy guy! He loves to meet other dogs and new people with a wagging tail. Cashew does require daily eye medications for eye ulcers, and doesn't love when people touch his face, gently wiggling away, likely due to eye discomfort. We hope this only gets better as he heals.
