Sweet Zelda came to POMDR from Santa Clara County Animal Services after her guardian sadly was hospitalized and unable to care for her.
In her time with POMDR, Zelda has proven herself to be tiny but mighty. She loves being carried by her foster mom and is always content to toddle around the yard in the sun.
Zelda came to us with one of her eyes needing to be removed and a heart murmur. Sadly in time she has declined and her heart murmur has worsened, her arthritis has become more prominent and she has developed the early stages of kidney disease. Due to her medical needs, her loving foster has decided to be her forever landing spot to continue to support her senior needs.
