Ernie, true to his namesake, is a total character! He's sure to make you chuckle every day with his silly antics. Despite his age, he is known to run zoomies around the yard and really just enjoys living life! He gets along great with other pups and is ready to start his next chapter. Could that be with you? Ernie doesn't quite realize his size and thinks he's a lap dog! He'd love to snuggle up on the couch with you for a good movie night or cuddle session.

Ernie and his pal Bert were frequent flyers at the Sacramento County Bradshaw shelter, often coming in with a new pal in tow. While they are the sweetest duo, the shelter found that they do best living separate lives, soaking in time with their people. We're excited to give Ernie a warm landing spot to spend his days.
