Trusty Tulip has entered the building! This girl is going to melt your heart instantly! Her loving wiggles are absolutely adorable, and her sweet kisses will capture your soul! Tulip is happy to be with people and dogs alike. She will gladly sleep in your lap or in her bed on the floor. In her foster home, Tulip loves to play, especially if other pups' treats are involved. Her foster mom describes her as extremely loving and good-natured, and we couldn't agree more. Tulip has been diagnosed with a congenital heart defect and may need a specialized surgery down the line. Despite this hardship, she is truly the sweetest pup and will make any home brighter! Tulip also does great when left alone while her foster mom is out running errands.
