Little miss Chikis is a lovely lady looking for her forever humans to snuggle up with. This sweet girl has so much love to share with everyone she meets. She is a touch overweight and does need a home where she can get those legs of hers moving. Looking for a walking buddy? Chikis is your gal! She gets along well with other dogs, but she's more drawn to spending time with her people. We're not so sure she even realizes she's not a person herself.

Chikis joined Peace of Mind after spending a few months on the adoptions floor at the SPCA Monterey County. Unfortunately, she wasn't getting any adoption interest, so we're happy she could join a more senior specific rescue to find her perfect match!
