This striking fellow with the quirky smile happily soaks up every drop of affection from anyone who will give him a cuddle. He follows his people around with adoring eyes and loves to snuggle close by.

Since he's used to being on his own, he's fine being left home alone. But, fair warning, when you add Toto to your family you should expect an excited greeting when you get home. He loves having people company once he gets to know someone, and he even gets along with other dogs and cats.

Toto initially joined POMDR from Hitchcock Road Animal Services. He was adopted out and lived for many years in a loving home, but sadly, his guardian's health recently declined. We are sad for this change for Toto but we are grateful we are able to be here to find him another safe and loving home.
