Phylo is a very unique and skilled dog! He's one of only 22 dogs in the nation to receive Master Elite certification in scent work through the SPCA! Phylo can be a bit nervous and bonds deeply with his person. He would do best with someone able to keep up scent work. He has a very busy mind and scent work seems to help focus and calm him. He would also do best with some slow introductions when meeting other pups. He seems to do best with calm, older dogs.

Phylo re-joined POMDR after his former guardian was sadly no longer able to care for him.
