If Bud were a Disney princess, he would be Ariel because he just wants to be where the people are! People are his favorite part of the day, but this sweet boy doesn't seem to mind when his people need to leave to do things without him.No wonder Bud is such a big fan of people and his toys! Not only does Bud look like a lab but his DNA test proves he is pure lab! We had Bud's DNA run through an Embark test and found that he is 100% Labrador Retriever! He does just fine staying home alone. His foster home describes him as "a professional napper"! This goofy boy's favorite things are playing fetch, snuggling up on the couch, and leisurely walks. But the main thing that he loves is being around his favorite person, which could be you!

Bud would do well as an only dog, but he may also do well with other dog companions. He is searching for a kitty-free home, as Bud has discovered how much fun kitties can be to chase! We have not yet seen how Bud does with children. Bigger kids would be a better bet, as Bud tends to be unaware of his size, and he may accidentally knock over smaller children.
