Adopted
Harlee is very sweet with people and has a bold "Jack Russell Terrier" personality. She is a people pleaser with a good amount of pep in her little step. She likes to play a little rough with other dogs but is good while playing. She also is a little guarded around her food and needs be fed separately.
Harlee would benefit by being adopted by someone who is familiar with her breed. She would greatly benefit from training and socializing and thus needs a person willing to work with a trainer or have dog training experience. Harlee is active and when she sees other dogs on walks, she will become very intent on meeting them. She also needs a home without cats and young kids as she thinks it is fun to nip during play.
Harlee originally came to us through our Helping Paw program because her guardian needed a temporary foster to focus on his own health. Unfortunately, he didn't think he would be able to physically care for Harlee any more, so she is in foster care while we search for a fitting forever home.
