Harvey is super social once aquainted. He likes getting pets and is undeniably cute. He has recently been resource guarding his people and food from other dogs and needs a dog savvy person to help him. He can be a little selective of people and if he is unsure, will bark while on walks. He thrives best when he is the only animal in the home and can have all your attention.
