Mowgli is friendly towards anyone who pays attention to him and is a total cuddle bug. He likes to be held and is nice to other dogs of all sizes. He is slow going up stairs and does have vision impairment, but otherwise is a great little pal. This well behaved boy just wants a lap and someone to love.
