Marlee is a champion walker! He doesn't pull, but he does enjoy a brisk walk! He is easily startled so if he hears a noise, sees some one behind him, he will quicken his pace! He's been aloof passing other dogs but if a dog growls or shows too much interest in him, he scurries away from them. He is very mellow, but he does enjoy his walks!

He is rarely alone in his foster home, but if left for an hour, he happily greets the foster with kisses! While not a barker, he does whine when he wants on a lap or bed. He is not used to riding in cars and can use more experience to grow comfortable.

Marlee is all about snuggling, kissing, and following his person around. He is always on his foster's lap and likes to show affection with kisses. He truly is a lover and cuddle-er. His happy place is on your lap! He definitely prefers to be touching his person at all times, even while sleeping in bed. He does like to burrow under the covers too.

Marlee will do best with someone home the majority of the day and in a quiet, calm home. He came to us from Monterey County Animal Services and ended up there after his person passed away.
